Jake Witty is a Personal Injury Attorney / Litigation Associate Attorney at the Mike Hostilo Law Firm, where he focuses on personal injury and case litigation.
Admitted to the Georgia State bar in 2021, he is passionate about advocating for his clients and is committed to delivering justice and fair outcomes, having spent the last 5 years gathering as much experience and expertise as possible both in and out of court.
Jake earned his law degree from Mercer University School of Law, where he was recognized through and maintained a merit scholarship. He went above and beyond by taking a year-long intensive certification course – becoming certified in Advanced Legal Writing, Research, and Drafting as well as being an active member of the Economics Reading club for all three years. During law school, he also participated in legal internships, and took advantage of Georgia’s 3rd year practice act to begin handling cases while still in Law School under the supervision of an attorney, which gave him valuable hands-on experience in bankruptcy, debt collection, and Social Security claims.
Prior to joining the Mike Hostilo Law Firm, he worked for the State of Georgia and for multiple firms – including his own. This wide array of experience has served to hone his skills in client communication, team organization, and case management.
