Taylor Cocke is an attorney at Mike Hostilo Law Firm, where she brings a strong dedication to client advocacy. Recently admitted to the Georgia Bar, Taylor is passionate about achieving fair outcomes for her clients. She earned her law degree from Mercer University School of Law in 2024, where she received an academic scholarship and took part in numerous programs to deepen her expertise in client representation. Taylor was an active participant in Mercer Advocacy Council and was awarded the Outstanding Solicitor Award.
She also gained valuable hands-on experience in client counseling, winning the 2022-2023 Mercer Advocacy Council Client Counseling Intra School Competition with her partner and the 2023-2024 American Bar Association Client Counseling Region Championship with her team. Taylor’s involvement extended beyond academics; she was a mentor in the Association of Women Law Students Mentor/Mentee Program and served as a representative for Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She was a member of Phi Delta Phi National Honor Society, reflecting her commitment to integrity and professionalism in the legal field.
During law school, Taylor gained extensive experience at Mike Hostilo Law Firm in a variety of roles: she has held the position of call center representative, law clerk, case manager, and now proudly serves as an attorney. She has worked in the firm’s Savannah office and Macon office, building valuable connections with clients and a deep commitment to the firm. She also enjoys volunteering her time at Mike Hostilo Law Firm’s community outreach events.

Outside of her legal practice, Taylor enjoys community involvement. Taylor is a native of Effingham County and was honored as Miss Georgia’s first Miss Springfield in the Miss America Scholarship Organization. So it is only fitting that she was sworn in at the Effingham County Superior Court in Springfield, Georgia. Taylor also has a love of theater and was cast as a witness in Mercer University’s 12 Angry Jurors production. In her free time, she enjoys exploring the local Savannah area and values time spent with family and friends.
