Brandi Allday is licensed to practice law in both Alabama and Georgia, and joined The Mike Hostilo Law Firm in 2018. She is originally from the Chattahoochee Valley and is a graduate of Columbus State University.
Brandi attended the Thomas Goode Jones School of Law at Faulkner University, where she earned her Juris Doctor in 2007 and was an active member of the Federalist Society and Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. During law school, she obtained her third-year practice card and gained hands-on experience under a supervising attorney in the Elder Law Clinic, Family Law Clinic, and mediation practice.
Much of Brandi’s early professional career included banking, creditor’s rights, probate, and real estate law.
In addition to passing both bar exams, Brandi is admitted to practice in all of Georgia’s lower courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Northern District of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and all courts in Alabama, including its Court of Appeals and Supreme Court.
Brandi was recently invited as a guest speaker at the Lex Summit Legal Conference, the largest legal technology conference of the year, in September 2025 in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she discussed the business of law firm management and operations.
Brandi is married with a son and stepdaughter. The Alldays reside in Columbus, Georgia, where Brandi is an avid baseball mom. She and her family enjoy volunteering at Mike Hositlo Law Firm’s community outreach events, such as Feeding the Valley and the annual bookbag drive.
